Our Story

Ice Cream Dreams was started over 10 years ago by a gentleman named Steve- in 2021 he passed the torch over to Sam (guy in the pictures). Steve started out doing this as a hobby and going to his first local fete and quickly realising after the line was a lot longer than anyone could’ve imagined that he had found something to pursue as a hobby in the summer months! As time went on 1 bike turned into 2 and 2 to 3 and eventually 3 to 4. With the passion to always keep quality and demand high he never took too much on, so the personable experience remained high, as remains today and forever. 

Covid hit, one thing led to another, and the torch was passed over to Sam. Steve remained behind the trike continuing to put smiles on peoples faces at events across the county.  

Since Sam taking over he has poured everything he has into the business continuing making it a labour of love. He strives to deliver the best service and product possible as Steve before. All of the products distributed by the team are from small independent businesses as we believe in supporting local people businesses and economy. All our ‘disposables’ are 100% eco friendly and bio-degradable (as everyone’s should be)!  

We will always continue to create the perfect combination of affordability, personality, inclusivity and an amazing product!
